The inaugural festival of traditional gastronomy, 'Župski pjat', will start at the very end of this April. In this initial year, its aim is to bring back somewhat forgotten recipes, while also engaging the public, whether locals or visitors of this beautiful area, in the existence and active preparation and tasting of traditional gastronomy from Župa dubrovačka.
The gastronomic core of the Festival - festival menus created as the very ode to the tradition - are accompanied by a rich additional programme, focused on tradition.
Festival begins on April 25th and lasts until Sunday, April 28th, bringing together all enthusiasts of heritage and tradition over four days.
It is particularly interesting for both locals and visitors of Župa dubrovačka to try authentic, even forgotten recipes. Alongside the festival's gastronomic program, there are plenty of accompanying activities.
