[PRVI DAN FESTIVALA / 'ŽUPSKI PJAT: DAY ONE] ' Đir vinogradom i priča o rogaču / Vardia Vineyards & 'Carob, Cubed'

Festival tradicionalne gastronomije 'Župski pjat' počeo je ovog četvrtka s dva izuzetno zanimljiva programa. Popodne nas je poslužilo lijepim vremenom te su tako svi zainteresirani stigli na Malašticu, Mons Vardiu, kako bi učinili đir vinogradom Vardia Vineyards. Nakon obilaska farme s vinogradom i maslinicima domaćin Ivica Vlašić nas je velikodušno počastio svojim vinom i maslinovim uljem koji proizvodi na njegovom OPG-u, kojeg krase i izvrsne recenzije kako domaćih, tako i posjetitelja naše županije.
Prvi dan Festivala nastavio se nutri-gastro radionicom 'Rogač na kub' u restoranu Ruzmarin Gastro&Bar, koja je ujedinila znanja uzgoja i prerade rogača, njegovog utjecaja na zdravlje te njegovu gastronomsku pripremu.
Na radionici u trajanju od sat i pol svi prisutni upoznali su rogač kroz izuzetno predavanje Mirne Sentić (Mirna Nutrigurman), koja je konceptualno složila izuzetno dinamično predavanje i radionicu '3D dimenzije' ove važne tradicijske namirnice!

The traditional gastronomy festival 'Župski pjat' started this Thursday with two exceptionally interesting programs. Visitors, blessed with the beautifull sunny weather, gathered at Malaštica, Mons Vardia, to take a walk through the Vardia Vineyards. After touring the vineyard and olive groves, our host Ivica Vlašić generously treated us to his wine and olive oil, produced at his family farm, which is also adorned with excellent reviews from both locals and visitors of our county.

The first day of the Festival continued with the nutri-gastro workshop 'Carob, Cubed' at the Ruzmarin Gastro&Bar restaurant, which united knowledge of carob cultivation and processing, its impact on health, and its gastronomic preparation.

During the workshop, which lasted an hour and a half, all present were introduced to carob through an exceptional lecture by Mirna Sentić (Mirna Nutrigurman), who conceptually organized a dynamic lecture and workshop '3D Dimensions' on this important traditional plant used in Mediterranean cuisine.
