Drugi 'Župski pjat' najavit ćemo za početak u njegovom gastro obliku - kroz festivalske menije.

Oni su i ove godine rađeni s puno pažnje i ljubavi prema tradiciji te ih uključeni restorani nude u izvornim oblicima ili zanimljivim, modernim interpretacijama.

Kušati župsku gastro tradiciju i njene modernije oblike možete od 22. do 27. travnja u restoranima:

Ruzmarin Gastro&Bar, Bistro Pizzeria Kapo, Restaurant Flamingo, Konoba Forno, Restoran Portun, Steak House Župaho, Dubrovnik Sheraton Riviera Hotel (Leut Restaurant) i Restaurant Marinero.

Festival 'Župski pjat' traje od 22. do 27. travnja i uključuje brojne tradicionalne, edukativne i gastronomske programe. Program Festivala sufinanciraju TZO Župa dubrovačka i TZ Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, uz podršku volontera, donatora i prijatelja projekta.

The second Župski pjat festival starts on April 22nd and will last until April 27th. Until we publish the whole programme, let us introduce its gastronomic essence – festival menus!

Once again, these menus have been carefully crafted with great attention and love for tradition, offered by participating restaurants in their original forms or through creative, modern interpretations.

You can taste Župa’s gastronomic heritage and its contemporary twists from April 22 to 27 at the following restaurants:
