Župski pjat Festival runs from April 22 to 27, bringing together some amazing women from Dubrovnik’s culinary scene - each with her own gastronomic presentation rooted in tradition, just as the spirit of the Festival calls for. All presentations are free of charge with mandatory reservation, and almost all Župski pjat events were booked in record time.

We begin on Wednesday, April 23 at 11 AM in the beautiful olive grove of the Kristović Family - Dubrovnik Olive Story.
Guests will enjoy a story about olives, tradition, and the southern Dalmatian flavor through a guided olive oil tasting with a certified sommelier, accompanied by an authentic presentation by Katija Guljelmović and the Kristović Family.
Mrs. Katija, a true enthusiast of culinary history and author of numerous works on local gastronomy, will prepare surprise dishes perfectly paired with olive oil – local, emotional, and full of flavor.

On Thursday, April 24 at 6 PM, at Restaurant Ruzmarin, Mirna Sentić (Mirna Nutrigurman) will present 'On rosemary - in Ruzmarin' workshop.
Can rosemary be the star of an entire dish? Absolutely! Not only does it offer incredible healing properties when fresh, it retains them even when cooked. Alongside an inspiring talk on rosemary's health benefits, guests will enjoy a signature rosemary-themed tasting platter.

On Friday, April 25 at 11 AM, cheffe pâtissière Antonia Medo will guide us through the wonderful world of elderflower with the workshop 'Elderflower: The Taste of Childhood'.

A very special lecture in a magical setting – the garden of Župaho Steak House - will be hosted by culinary historian Jadranka Ničetić - 'Samphire, Health by the Sea: : A Tale of a Mediterranean Wild Wonder' - starting at 10 AM.
Join us for this unique gastronomic presentation by Župaho Steak House and Jadranka Ničetić, the author who preserved hundreds of old Dubrovnik recipes from oblivion.
In the enchanting atmosphere of their garden, the Župaho team and Jadranka will take us through the fascinating world of sea fennel – a Mediterranean plant with exceptional nutritional and medicinal properties.
Enjoy bites inspired by the sea and tradition and discover how this humble plant becomes the star of the plate – and a guardian of coastal health.

In addition to the presentations, no Župski pjat is complete without a cooking class! This time, it's all about the sea: 'Marinero Cooking Class – A Seaside Journey' will be held on Thursday, April 24 at 10 AM, with a participation fee of €50.
Led by the Marinero team, the class includes an aperitif, fish soup, seafood risotto, apple strudel, and a glass of wine.
