Mirisno jutro s Antoniom Boban (Medo): Od sladoleda do pohovanog cvijeta bazge

Ovog petka, 25. travnja, unatoč prolomu oblaka nad Župom polaznice 'cvijetne' radionice imale su mirisno i ukusno jutro! Na OPG-u svog oca dočekala nas je kreativna slastičarka chefica Antonia Boban s osmijehom i - zovom, odnosno bazgom! Gastro radionica Bazga: Okus djetinjstva bila je prava mirisna, ukusna i topla poslastica za sva osjetila.

Pohovani cvjetovi bazge, domaći sladoled od bazge i neizostavni sok vratili su nas u djetinjstvo, a Antonia nas je uvela u svijet ovog čudesnog, mirisnog cvijeća kroz priču, okuse i puno smijeha. Bilo nam je ugodno, veselo, opušteno...

Pale su i ideje – za neke nove recepte, nove radionice, pa čak i planovi za sljedeću godinu! Hvala svima koji su sudjelovali, a onima koji nisu – ostavite si ovu radionicu visoko na listi želja za idući Župski pjat.

Festival 'Župski pjat' traje do 27. travnja i uključuje brojne tradicionalne, edukativne i gastronomske programe. Program Festivala sufinanciraju TZO Župa dubrovačka i TZ Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, uz podršku volontera, donatora i prijatelja projekta.

This Friday, April 25th, despite a heavy downpour over Župa, the participants of the floral workshop enjoyed a fragrant and delicious morning! At her father’s family farm, we were warmly welcomed by the creative pastry chef Antonia Boban (Medo)  with a smile and elderflower in hand! The culinary workshop Elderflower: The Taste of Childhood was a truly fragrant, flavorful, and heartwarming treat for all the senses.

Fried elderflower blossoms, homemade elderflower ice cream, and the classic syrup took us right back to childhood, while Antonia guided us through the magical, fragrant world of this wonderful flower with stories, flavors, and plenty of laughter. It was pleasant, cheerful, and relaxed...

New ideas blossomed,  for new recipes, upcoming workshops, and even plans for next year!
